1. Agreement to Terms
By using the nextgenmacro product (hereinafter — the "Product"), you
acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms. Usage of
the Product constitutes unconditional acceptance of this agreement.
2. License and HWID
2.1. Access is provided as a time-limited subscription.
2.2. The Product is locked to your hardware identifier (HWID).
2.3. HWID reset is granted at the Administration's sole discretion.
The User must provide technical logs (old and new hardware IDs).
If account sharing or fraud is suspected, the reset request will
be denied, and the account may be banned.
3. Restrictions and Liability
3.1. Cracking, decompiling, or reverse-engineering the Product is prohibited.
3.2. Sharing or selling your account to third parties results in a permanent ban.
3.3. Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any in-game bans or account losses.
Use at your own risk.
3.4. System Liability
We are not liable for any damage to your OS or data. The User is
responsible for disabling antivirus/Windows Defender as instructed.
3.5. Administration Rights
The Administration reserves the right to terminate access without
refund for toxic behavior, fraud attempts, or intentional damage.
4. Refunds and Compensation
4.1. Digital Product
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Product,
no refunds will be issued once access is granted.
4.2. Downtime Compensation
If the Product is down due to a game update, downtime will be
compensated with bonus subscription days.
5. Media
Showcasing the Product (videos, screenshots) is allowed only in
a positive or constructive manner.
